Our sisters with Bishop Joseph Bambera, Bishop of Scranton
The sisters have a special place in their motherly hearts for our Holy Father and all Bishops, priests, deacons, and seminarians. They strive by their prayers, words, and actions to lovingly support all those who hold Christ's place for them, uniting themselves to the spirit of St. Francis, who said that he would love and respect all priests because "in this world, I see nothing corporally of the Most High Son of God except His most holy Body and Blood, which they (priests) receive and they alone administer to others."

"The priesthood is the love of the heart of Jesus" - St John Vianney
When we journey without the Cross, when we build without the Cross, when we profess Christ without the Cross, we are not disciples of the Lord, we are worldly: we may be bishops, priests, cardinals, popes, but not disciples of the Lord.”
(Pope Francis, Homily, Missa Pro Ecclesia, March 14, 2013)
